Our visitors

Dustin's parents came down this weekend with TJ to see us. It was nice to have them here. The week goes by so slow with Dustin down in Vegas and us here in St. George. It was nice to have the company. They gave us a Bosch for Christmas and we quickly made Cath give us a roll making demonstration to put it to use. They were delicious (as always) and I think Dustin is more excited about making rolls again than I am! We also had a great time decorating a gingerbread house. Between TJ, Zack and Courtney, I'm not sure how much candy ended up on the house. But it turned out beautifully!



I've been staying busy by going over to my grandparents place. Zack loves visiting them. Tutu (my grandma, 'tutu' is grandma in Hawaiian) entertains him with puzzles, play-doh and the indoor pool in her community! I'm so glad my kids are getting to know their great-grandparents. We've never had any this close! Its great. Dustin had a hard week in Vegas. He's pretty much homeless down there. He's been staying at his uncle's little apartment underneath his office building. He's going to stay with my uncle & aunt next week in an actual bed. Hopefully that will be a little more comfortable. He doesn't have privileges at his hospital yet, so he just has to sit and watch which is apparently very boring. But he is getting to observe some pediatric cases and they will start to train him on those as he gets more familiar with everything. The kids can't wait for Christmas and all I'm asking for is that our house sells soon (does this at all sound redundant!)!!
