Killing Time
I decided to pack the kids up and drive up to SLC to pass yet another week of waiting for the house to sale. Dustin isn't able to come home and visit us this week/weekend, so instead of sitting around in St. George, my sister Ash suggested a trip up to do some fun activities with the kids. They started off the trip by having an over nighter at uncle Ryan and aunt Tori's house in Bear Lake. Gramma Goodrich was brave enough to take them up there. Zack came home with all sorts of fun freebies from Ryan's work that he treats like treasures. Thanks Ry!
Up at Ryan & Tori's place watching a movie! (thanks for the pic Tor!)
Zack and Grandma and Grandpa Goodrich's new puppy. He loves running around and having this little guy chase him
Then onto things SLC has to offer. My sister Ash is a rock star mom, she just had her 4th baby and is all over the valley doing fun things with her kids. She doesn't miss a beat, amazing!
When it gets to be 55 degrees here, you go outside and enjoy the long lost sun. So we went to the zoo! If its 55 degrees in Dallas, you stay indoors and pack on the layers when you have to go outside, how different things are in different climates! We had a great time and got to see some fun animals.
All of us at the zoo. Courtney was freaked out by this giant elephant
Zack showing off his new CTR ring and the new wallet he found at the zoo while sitting on the elephant's trunk with Kiki, again she was a bit scared of the elephant!
Us at the zoo entrance. Can you tell who's from Texas and who's from Utah? My sweet nephew Luke was hangin' in his shorts and t-shirt!
We also went to the Children's Discovery Museum here. It was soooooo crowded, kids EVERYWHERE! But we were able to enjoy some of the fun things there were to do there. Here are the fun pictures of our day at the museum.
My cute niece Ellie really enjoys pickin' as you can see. I have never seen Kiki do this until today. I can't imagine where she learned this gross kid habit, but this is what I saw when I turned around in the car on the way to the museum. She wasn't quite sure what to do once her finger was up there, but she was a good student! Luckily my sister Lindy carries her camera everywhere she goes so we could capture this beautiful moment on film!
On the rock climbing wall at the Discovery museum. Spidey at his best!
I couldn't pull Court away from the water area. She loved it!
Piloting the real size Lifeflight helicopter
Playing with magnets in the learning zone
Can you see Zack peeking through the magnet ball?
Lastly, I want to mention the fact that today is leap year and I actually remembered to post something! Happy Leapy Leap Year!

next time you're up here, let's try and get together...
Yeah! I'm glad you guys are up here for the nice weather...not that you don't get it in St. George...but there's a lot more to do when the weather is good. Guess what? We were at the zoo too. I'm bummed I didn't see you guys, but i actually DO remember seeing the little girl in the red and pink polka dot coat. Belle thought she looked like Uniqua on Backyardagins. Anyway...way random, but hope you guys have a nice time in Salt Lake.
I'd probably be right there with Zach in "piloting" the helicopter! Glad to see you guy are doing well.

YIPPEE!!! I just saw your baby countdown...and I am SO excited for you! I'm not too far ahead of you, but I'm bad with numbers...so when does that make you due? Are you feeling okay? Can't wait to hear more about baby #3. Good Luck, and Congrats!
