Happy Birthday to Zack!

Today is Zack's 5th birthday! He has been looking forward to this day since Christmas! We have been trying to explain to him that we have birthday parties and presents to celebrate the day he was born and how grateful we are to have him here in our family. Tough concept, but he's going along with it!
Grandma and Grandpa Goodrich and uncle TJ are down here to celebrate the big day with us too. He LOVES when they come and is so excited they are here to eat cake and watch him blow out his candles. Like I said... its been a very much anticipated day.

Now I get to talk about how much we love our Zacky and all the wonderful things he does. Zack is such a sweet boy. I know he was sent to us first because he takes such good care of his sister. He helps her talk, reaches things for her, shares his toys with her (most the time), sings to her, protects her, reads books to her and is her best friend. I don't know what we'd do with out Zack around. He is such an energetic, excited, happy and very smart little boy. He gets into his fair share of trouble thats for sure, but for the most part, respects and obeys us as much as a 5 year old does. He has such a sweet spirit and a wonderful curiosity and love of the gospel. It is a blessing to be able to watch him grow up right before our eyes. In his short little life, he has been all over the country, lived in every time zone and visited more major league ball parks than most adults. Zack we are so blessed to have you in our family and love you more than you will ever know. Happy Birthday Bubba! Love, Mom
