Kiki's recital

Well, the big recital came! Her dance was called 'Glenda's Bubbles' and was part of the dance studio's recital based on "The Wizard of Oz". Poor thing had to wait for almost 2 hours in a dressing room with her class before it was her turn. By the time she got out on stage, she had had enough already! I'm pretty sure when she realized there were hundreds of people in the audience, the fear of being in front of them all got to her. She started crying and then I started crying because I felt so bad for her! Lucky for all of us, "Dorothy", one of the senior cast members came right up to her, picked her and helped calm her how by doing the dance with her. It was the cutest thing ever and meant the world to me that someone would go help her out instead of just take her off the stage.

Papa & Grammy Jorg drove all the way to Vegas just to see her dance! Shortly after the recital they drove back up to St. George to see my neice's dance recital. It was a quick trip for them, but it was great to have them here to see Kiki's performance.
