Passing the time, beating the heat!

We get sort of bored around here spending so much of our time indoors because its so blasted hot outside. So I decided to pack up the kids early one morning to go explore some sights. We went up Red Rock Canyon to Calico Basin Red Springs. Its this small little natural springs in the middle of the desert. There is a board walk all the way around it, so we took our time getting around it and checking out the petroglyphs, animals etc. By the time we left though, it was HOT!
