Mom's 60th Birthday Extravaganza!
For my mom's big 60th birthday, my dad and Lindy had planned a fun filled weekend with our entire family. Unfortunately for us, Dustin couldn't join us because of work, so I took the kids without him. With a nice gift from my little sister, we were able to fly home for the big weekend.
The kids LOVED the whole process of flying. Mary has never flown, Courtney last flew as a baby and Zack flew to Ohio last fall; but they all were so excited to go on an airplane!
Even the train to the terminal was exciting!
Here they are looking out at the airplanes. The sign says "SECURED AREA" and of coarse when Mary tried to open the door, the alarms went off!!!
Patiently waiting...
They were pretty out of control on the flight, but thats the beauty of a 55 min. flight, we were there in no time at all!
The first night there, we surprised my mom! She had no idea we were coming up!
On her actual birthday, all the girls went out to lunch at the Blue Lemon. It was tasty!
Then we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the spa! Massages, pedicures, lemonade... It was heavenly!
Then we headed up to Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley with the whole fam. Dinner, swimming, games... good times!
Here are ALL 15 of the grandkids. We don't get together very often, so the kids enjoyed every minute they spent together.
All the cousins swimming at the Stein pool.
Jumping in the snow... and then straight to the pool! CrAzY!
William chilled right by the fire while the kids swam.
Kenna and MC
Roasting mallows by the fire.
Card games, lots of laughs!
Happy Birthday to my amazing mama!
