Happy Birthday Boy!

Zack's birthday always marks the anniversary of the day I became a mother. My water broke, or actually burst, on a hot summer afternoon. He was born at 10:44pm at St. Mark's hospital in Salt Lake City after 2.5 hours of pushing with every contraction. By the time he was born, I was a worn out, tired mess, but I was finally a mother!

I'm so grateful this kid is my oldest. He is a wonderful example (most of the time). He loves Jesus and has a cute little testimony of the church. He is usually pretty good about giving up things to appease a younger sibling. He is a really good helper too. He is a wicked good baseball player and always tells us he's going to play in the MLB one day! Zack, hope you had a great birthday. YOU ROCK!

Grandma, Grandpa and TJ came down and Zack's request and spent the day with him. Grandpa Goodrich took Zack and T to the pawn shop from the TV show and to Kounts Kustoms, also from the TV show. The boys loved it!

And even more lucky, he got a Grandma Goodrich birthday cake special! It was tasty!
